Our mission
Our mission at Arizona Youth Mental Health is sharing personal experiences to educate children about mental heath and how to cope with it. We strive to help children of all ages know they are never alone.
Meet the Founder
Hi! I’m Maddie and I am fourteen years old. I founded AYMHO Affinity Group. We specialize in youth mental health education. I’ve had a history of mental issues including major depressive disorder and anxiety. This past year I’ve tried to commit suicide two times and I’ve learned from it. I was admitted into Quail Run Behavioral Hospital and was treated for five days. I live and talk to many people struggling with mental issues so not only do I know how to deal with it myself I know how to deal with others. I’m very passionate about helping people and finding people the help they need. Hopefully you find the light in the dark- just like I learned to do.
